Thank you very much to the team of Hyatt Construction. I posted some pictures of the renovated kitchen just to show to anyone who is considering work with Hyatt Construction .

We have moved in the house for more than 6 months after the renovation and we are very pleased with their work. As a housewife, I find every single corner of the kitchen was paid so much attention to it. Given a few examples-- the stainless steel kitchen basket and the divider of the draws were so practical and the designs greatly increased the use of space in the cabinets. More importantly, the spices can be easily categorized.

I also like the cutting boards that can be pushed in and hidden underneath, the two sinks are placed in different levels and they are eye opening for me.My favorite part of the kitchen is the design of the rice buckets in the cabinets. I can just put the whole bag of rice in and it comes with the rice measuring cup and soft closing design.It's all very considerate. All the details are highly unexpected and I sincerely thank the team at Hyatt Construction.

We just renovated our rental kitchen because we wanted to move in ourselves. We asked our friend for a renovation expert team and they recommended Hyatt Construction.

We sincerely thank Tim from the designing team for listening to all our needs. He helped us alter the design 6 times and was still very patient to show us the current trends and the designs. He has given us many ideas in every detail of the kitchen such as using certain material for the basin bench which was slightly more expensive but could be a long time saver in terms of safety and quality.

Another thing I would like to mention is that my wife asked to change the design at the very last minute to provide a little basin for our kids. I thought it would not be possible since it was a last minute request and it could be costly but out of our expectation the designer added in a mobile basin that connected to the main basin that could be hidden under. My kid loves to wash hands now. The deadline was not affected and there was only a little cost of the basin which was reasonable. My recommendation is you really need to hire the professionals for the most professional works.

I have been working with Hyatt Construction twice now. The first time I asked them to make a customised cabinet for storage in the living room because my wife loved the Chinese style furnishing. I found Hyatt Construction from Google search.

After discussing the design and their previous work, my wife was very happy with their work. The 2nd time we asked Hyatt Construction to re-resign our walk-in wardrobe and add in more space.

As you know, every family could be the same, we tend to buy more clothes and my wife especially buys shoes, clothes, jewellerys, hats etc. The design from Hyatt Construction for the wardrobe was very practical that comes with less dividers and more draws, and a lot of space for hanging the coats. It is so practical that we can organize our clothes according to the season and it suits the weather in Melbourne because there are 4 seasons in one day.

We wanted the whole wardrobe in the wood material because it's very trendy also without any unwanted smell. The designer also designed 2 super big mirrors and it really makes the space look bigger.

We also like the square looking cabinet that can also be a seating bench or used as a ladder. They are very considerate in designing. Thank you so much.
